Urgent hot tub fault or breakdown? Call 01326 567 567.
When you call, it is Nick or Ryan who comes out, not an unfamiliar contractor, so you get someone who already knows these hot tubs inside out.
Coastal Hot Tubs and Wellness provides priority hot tub support across Cornwall and Devon for homeowners, holiday lets, property managers, parks and hotels. Same-day attendance may be possible when location, technician availability and parts allow, but we will not promise a visit we cannot deliver.
Call 01326 567 567 | Send Fault Details
Same-day attendance may be possible depending on your location, technician availability and the parts a fault needs, but we will not promise a visit we cannot deliver. Call us with the postcode and the fault details and we will give you an honest answer straight away.
To help us respond efficiently, provide:
Do not allow guests to use a hot tub that may be electrically unsafe, contaminated or unable to operate correctly. Isolate it only where this can be done safely and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
We assess the information, explain the immediate next step and tell you honestly whether an attendance is possible. If we attend, we diagnose the problem and either complete an agreed repair or explain the parts and work required.
For holiday properties, we can communicate with the agreed owner or manager and provide factual information to help them decide how to manage the guest situation.
Same-day attendance is offered where available — it is not a guaranteed same-day repair. Travel time, workload, access, diagnosis and parts all affect what can be achieved.
For urgent faults, telephone is faster than a general contact form.
For non-urgent faults, see our hot tub repairs page. Holiday-let owners can also see our full holiday-let hot tub management services.
Priority call-out support is available across Cornwall and Devon, including Newquay, St Ives, Truro, Falmouth, Camborne and Redruth — see our full areas we cover page.
Possibly. Call with the postcode, fault and urgency. We will check availability and give an honest answer.
We carry some common parts and can access specialist suppliers, but the required component cannot be guaranteed until the fault and model are known.
Stop using the hot tub. Do not repeatedly reset it or open electrical compartments. Isolate it only if safe and contact a qualified professional.
Yes, subject to availability. Tell us the guest arrival time and who can approve repairs.
Any breakdown affecting safety, a guest stay or a changeover is treated as priority. Call rather than emailing so we can assess the situation and give you an honest answer straight away.
