Is one brand cheaper to run than the other?
It comes down to the individual model and how well it is insulated, not the brand as a whole. Both ranges include efficient tubs. The bigger levers on running cost are the quality of the cover, where the tub is sited and how you use it, and we will go through all of that with you.
Can you service and repair both?
Yes, equally. Nick and Ryan look after both Catalina Spas and Earth Spas across Cornwall and Devon, and parts are available for both, so you are not tied to a brand that is awkward to support later. Because we are local to Cornwall and Devon, that support is a phone call away rather than a wait for someone to travel down.
Are the warranties similar?
They are broadly comparable, but the detail varies by model and by what is covered, whether that is the shell, the parts or the labour. We will go through the exact terms on any tub you are seriously considering so there are no grey areas, and we back both up with our own local servicing either way.
Do I have to decide on the day?
No. Plenty of people sit in a couple of models, go away to think it over and come back. It is a big buy, and we would rather you got the right tub than a quick sale. There is no pressure and no deposit needed just to come and sit in a few models and have a proper look.
