A holiday-let hot tub needs more than an occasional clean. It must be checked, treated and prepared around guest use, with clear records and a reliable response when something goes wrong.
Nick and Ryan run the management side personally, so you deal with the same two people all season rather than a call centre or rotating cleaners.
Coastal Hot Tubs and Wellness provides holiday-let hot tub management across Cornwall and Devon for individual cottages, Airbnb properties, property managers, holiday parks and hotels. Choose individual services or ask us to build a planned package around the property.

It can include scheduled servicing, cleaning and turnaround support between guests, water testing and record-keeping, compliance support, and priority response if something goes wrong — either as individual services or a combined package built around your property’s changeover schedule.
Managing several suppliers creates gaps: one company cleans, another tests, and nobody is sure who is responding to a fault. Coastal can bring servicing, cleaning, water-care support, records and repair coordination together so owners have a clear point of contact.
The package can be matched to the hot tub, occupancy pattern, guest-changeover day, existing management plan and who remains responsible on site.
Planned visits can include agreed water checks, filter work, cleaning tasks, accessible equipment checks and reporting.

Coastal tests water on site and, where the service requires it, sends samples to a laboratory for analysis, keeping dated records of readings and work completed. The exact record set should match the agreed service, the site’s own procedures and the responsibilities of the owner or operator.
Good records do not replace active management. They help demonstrate that checks have been completed and make it easier to spot patterns or recurring problems.
The correct frequency depends on the system, usage, risk assessment, operating procedures and applicable guidance. Where the site’s management plan requires a drain, clean and refill between guest stays, Coastal can schedule this within the changeover window.
We do not make a blanket promise that one procedure suits every property. The service should follow the documented plan for that specific hot tub.
The holiday-let owner or operator remains responsible for managing the property and its legal duties. Coastal provides agreed maintenance, testing, records, advice and specialist support, but this does not make a property automatically “fully compliant” — that responsibility stays with the operator.
Holiday-let work is time-sensitive. Guests may be arriving the same afternoon, cleaners are working to a schedule and access may be controlled. We agree communication routes, key or access arrangements and escalation steps before regular service begins.
When a problem is found, we contact the agreed person, explain what is wrong and obtain approval for the next action unless immediate safety steps are required within the service agreement.
Tell us how many properties or hot tubs are involved, their locations, changeover days, current procedures and the support you need. We can then recommend individual services or a more complete management arrangement.
