Launceston sits just off the A30 on the Cornwall-Devon border, about an hour and ten minutes from our base near Camborne. The old saying calls it the gateway to Cornwall, and it works that way for us too: bookings here often share a day with visits to Bude, the Tamar Valley or west Devon.

Because we cover Cornwall and Devon, the border running past Launceston doesn’t complicate anything. Farm stays and holiday cottages in the Tamar Valley, family tubs in the town itself, lets out towards Altarnun and the moor: it’s all the same working area to us. Servicing, repairs, transport and holiday-let support all apply here as they do everywhere else we work.
We’ll be honest: Launceston is far enough from our base that we schedule visits here rather than dropping in on spec. In practice that means booking servicing a little further ahead than you might in Camborne or Truro, and it means grouped visits where we can arrange them. What it doesn’t mean is a lower standard of service once we’re there.
The countryside between Launceston and the Tamar is quietly full of holiday accommodation, much of it the sort of rural property where a hot tub is the main selling point. Our holiday-let service covers scheduled servicing, cleaning between stays and the testing and records that show the tub is properly managed.

Yes. It’s about an hour and ten minutes up the A30, and we plan east Cornwall days regularly. Booking ahead helps us slot you in efficiently.
Not at all. We work across both counties, and the Launceston area is exactly where that flexibility is most useful.
Ring us. Emergency call-outs this far east depend on where we are that week, and we’d rather tell you honestly on the phone than promise something we can’t deliver.
