Exeter marks the eastern edge of the area we cover, about an hour and three quarters up the A30 from our base. Like the rest of Devon, we work here on a planned basis: booked servicing, deliveries and holiday-let contracts rather than short-notice call-outs.

We provide hot tub servicing, repairs where scheduling allows, sales and delivery across Exeter and the villages around it, from the Exe valley down towards the coast. The A30 runs almost door to door from our base, which is what makes the distance workable: an Exeter day is a straightforward run, not an expedition.
East Devon’s holiday accommodation, along with lets on the Dartmoor side of the city, is the main reason we’re out this way. Owners here have the same needs as their Cornish counterparts: servicing that fits changeovers, cleaning between guests, and water testing with proper records. If you manage several properties, one grouped visit usually beats piecemeal arrangements on both cost and reliability.
At this distance, honesty matters more than salesmanship. Scheduled work: yes, reliably. Same-day emergency response: no, and we won’t take your money pretending otherwise.
