Saltash is the first town in Cornwall as you come over the Tamar Bridge, and for us it’s about an hour and a quarter from our base near Camborne. We look after hot tubs on both sides of the river, so being right on the border works in your favour rather than against you.

Everything we offer elsewhere in Cornwall applies here: servicing, repairs, transport, sales and holiday-let support. Saltash has a mix of family homes with garden tubs and a scattering of holiday lets along the Tamar and towards the Rame peninsula, and the work we do here reflects that mix.
Coming from the Plymouth side? It makes no difference to us which end of the bridge you’re on. We already cross into Devon regularly, so a Saltash booking and a Plymouth booking often end up on the same day’s run. If you’ve been told by a Plymouth firm that Cornwall is out of their patch, or the other way round, we don’t work like that.
Plenty of Saltash tubs are family tubs in daily or weekly use rather than holiday-let tubs, and they age differently: filters clog faster, water chemistry drifts with heavy bathing loads, and small faults get noticed later because nobody is formally checking between guests. An annual or twice-yearly service catches most of it. If something has already gone wrong, our repair page explains how call-outs work.

Travel is factored into the quote rather than added as a surprise later. Tell us your postcode when you get in touch and the price you’re given is the price you pay.
Yes. Our holiday-let service covers changeover cleaning, water testing and records as well as the servicing itself.
This comes up a lot. Book a service visit and we’ll assess its condition, show you how to run it and tell you honestly whether it’s worth keeping.
